Financial - Our office participates with most insurance plans incluging Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicare and others. We also accept auto accident cases that result in back/neck pain, headaches or other symptoms that can be addressed with chiropractic care. We are more than happy to bill your insurance carrier on your behalf. You are required to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of service. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please call the office to verify our participation with your insurance plan.
Cancellation - If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
